George Eisert Memorial Scholarship

Every year the Oregon Fire Apparatus & Equipment Mechanics Association sponsors the George Eisert Memorial Scholarship. The memorial scholarship fund was established in 1994 and has provided education for deserving students ever since. The Scholarship was renamed in memory of George Eisert. George was an active member of the the Association, and President, who passed away in 2012. This full scholarship includes lodging, banquet and all week attendance at the school.

The scholarship committee will awards the scholarship.

The scholarship applicant must be in good standing with a paid or volunteer fire department and must be involved with the maintenance and operation of emergency apparatus and equipment.
